Ballydehob Community Tennis encourages the use of the Ballydehob public tennis courts. Everyone is welcome! 😀 Local residents, visitors from the area and tourists all enjoy the courts.
Fundraising
Since 2023 we have been fundraising with the goal of getting the courts improved.
We have a GoFundMe page where you can donate to help meet our goal.
As of May 2024 we have raised over €9,500 from community events and received two grant approvals for €50k and €20k - a totl of nearly €80,000! Read more about our fundraising…
We’ll have updates soon on how this money will be used to improve the facilities.
Playing Tennis
Everyone is welcome to turn up and play any time - the courts are a community resource.
We have social tennis every Friday from 6.30pm onwards if you’d like to meet new people. All welcome - no need to sign up!
Informal league
We are organising an unofficial league to encourage people to play and have fun in the Summer of 2023. You can contact us if you’d like to find out more.
